- To achieve defined team KPIs which is in line with departmental KPIs
- To develop appropriate solutions to engineering problems, using new or existing technologies, through innovation, creativity and change.
- To communicate and work with colleagues across the site on the development of new processes/materials to establish new design guideline for new or existing products.
- Review the new/change of IC package materials to fulfilled customer’s requirement.
工作职责:
- Work effectively as a part of a team to plan, set up, and undertake controlled experiments and to complete tasks independently
- Analyze IC package material properties to suits the customer’s reliability requirement
- Follow up closely on the undertaking material projects like new materials analysis and qualifications.
- Work effectively with Material suppliers for new materials and existing materials for new materials development and existing materials supports.
- Support the contributions to internal/external analysis or qualification reports, conference proceedings, and presentations
- Keep up-to-date with relevant scientific and technical developments related to current and future research journal articles. Data analysis experience is required
任职资格:
- Bachelor Degree in Material Science, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
- Knowledge in Material meets laws and regulations requirement during development; like HSF,EHS, etc.
- Knowledge in APQP, DOE, SPC, FMEA, MSA, and Six Sigma will be an advantage.
- Good technical communication and presentation skills (Both English and Mandarin are preferred).Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Able to work as a team and independently
