采购员 工作职责和要求
Job scope:
1. Execute the merchandising activities in supporting US Product Development teams.
2. Keep close and effective communication between our US home office and vendors in product development support.
3. Follow up of product sample approval, quote sheet review, and work out the specification sheet, in assuring product launch on targeted date.
4. Sourcing new supplier, benchmarking to locate the competitive source.
5. Vendor Management.
6. Problem solving.
Requirement:
1. Age 23 or above. Outgoing, hardworking, honest, passionate and enthusiastic character is preferable. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
2. University graduate, major in Business or English. 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in buying office will be an advantage.
3. Experience in working with USA global retailers will be an advantage.
Be familiar with the product compliance in accordingly to US law requirement, product knowledge relates to hard goods like sporting goods and toy is preferable.
4. The candidate MUST be able communicate independently, effectively in ORAL and WRITTEN English. University graduate with English qualification CET, TEM or equivalent level.
Fluent Putonghua is a MUST.
5. Travel in China and Asia with USA visitors, travel independently to vendors is required.
6. On-the-job training and extended training will be provided to the selected candidate.
7. The salary will be adjusted based on applicant's relevant work experience or work ability.
工作职责：

2.在产品开发支持方面保持与美国总部及供应商的紧密和有效沟通。
3.跟进样品开发，报价确认，完成产品规格说明书，确保产品如期推出。
4.寻找新的供应商，分析比较出有竞争优势的采购来源。
5.供应商管理。
6.解决问题。
要求：
1.23岁或以上。性格外向，诚实努力，对工作充满热情和激情。沟通能力强，善于人际交往，能独立工作。
2.本科学历，主修商务或英语。1-2年或以上采购企业/办事处的相关工作经验。
3.具备与美国大零售商合作的工作经验，熟悉美国法律法规要求的产品合规性，了解体育用品、玩具等相关的产品知识者优先。
4. 候选人必须能够独立、有效地用英语进行口头和书面交流。 需具备CET、TEM或同等水平相关英语资质证明。
流利的普通话是必备的。
5.日常工作中能独自陪同美国产品经理在中国及亚洲国家出差。
6.将为候选人提供在职培训和扩展培训。
